2) Pay-Fee Service: The merchandise out of warranty, not bought from us, or signed service contract.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Telephone supported by qualified/experienced technician, try to assist customer solve the problem a.s.a.p. 24 hours/day technical support via fax.
ON-SITE SERVICE REQUESTING

1) Primary Maintenance: Advance notice as the schedule which stated on the agreed contract.

2) Emergency Service: Guaranteed response within 2-4 hrs, or limited by the contract.

3) Non-Emergency Service: Schedule response within 8-16 hrs, or limited by the contract each time service request can be notified by phone, oral, fax or other msg.
Several vehicles always available to meet local service requests.

THE MATERIALS REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
The defeat merchandise try to fix within 24-72 hours or limited as the contract specified.
Whatever free or pay-fee service, the parts/components can be replaced "certified as operational" by the original supplier; also, as one of the major supplier/manufacturer of the PC's, the alternative brand components can be substituted, reconditioned parts may be used depends upon the judgement of the quality assurance.
  An exchange credit may be given if parts removed from the equipment can be reconditioned and used under this or another agreement.
Loan equipment/components may available if the equipment connot be immediately repaired or must be removed from your site to be repaired.
Loaned equipment may be charged if the cost not covered by the contract.
SERVICE, chareged by $55.00/hr, plus required part(s), on-site service adding transportation $10 ~ $20/hr within NY Metro area.
INTERNET USEAGE - ---- $5.00/hr.
TUTORING  ----- $25/hr for one person,   $15/hr for two people, $10/hr for 3+ people.
